Written last, make it brief but complete. The summary is just that, a summary of the business plan in one or two pages. Also include the amount of money you are asking for and how it will be applied.

Company Description

If a startup, what is the idea and if existing, include years in business, previous owners, number of employees and other pertinent facts. If you have developed a vision or mission statement, include it. Describe your business, what product/service you provide and what goals you have.
